So I recently implemented a digital dash display using an old smart phone. It requires you to download a small piece of software to your PC and when you first setup gives you a IP address that you put into the browser on the phone. Start your game and then on the phone you will have a choice of different dash displays with some having different info available, some have more then one page. The phone just needs a wi-fi connection to the same network you racing PC is on, it doesn't need cell service so good use for an old phone.

The software is https://www.simhubdash.com/ , another one is https://www.stryder-it.de/simdashboard/ you can also make virtual button boxes with this one that could be on a small tablet.

Right now I just have it taped to an aluminium L bracket taped to the top of wheel housing. I'm using a different dash then the one in the pic now, I've tried them all it's easy to switch between them. You can also customize them to you liking too.

Looks good. I have something similar with my iPad setup next to my monitor. It works with all the gmotor sims and rF2. It has four different screens for info. I don't drive well with distractions from the screen; others probably find it more useful than I do.

I keep testing these then lack the commitment to fab up a mount. :D I recently got a "free" 8" Android tablet when I renegotiated my cellular plan which might be good for this.

Looks great except I can't take my eyes off my monitor or else I'm crashing. Good luck fellas.

It really doesn't for me, it's right where the bottom of the screen info that I was looking through the wheel at is for me, like where the track position bar is.
