And a couple pics. Sorry about the quanity.....forgot the camera in the car most of the day. Also got to meet B.S. "Bullshit" Levy today. He is a riot. If you've never read "The Open Road" series...you're missing out. Especially if you're a vintage car nut.

Thanks for the pics too.

I have never seen a (hoping my ears are good enough) what looks like Ford Fairmount with a 351 in it???

Mom had a cheap econo-box back in '78 that surely didn't look like that orange monster

I may be wrong but I'm thinking that is actually a car from Australia, there was a blue one that looked similar to that driving around the Car Craft Summer nationals a few years ago. Not the same as your moms grocery getter. :D The car I saw was actually more of 70 Mustang underneath the skin that looked like that, just the OZ version.

Great pics also, noticed what looked like wet conditions there...........................yup pacific north west.

Yup, it's an iteration of the Aussie Falcon chassis. The guy has actually imported at least a couple others (Aussie Falcon & a Commodore) when he came over from Austrailia.

Yeah, we were dodging the rain showers all day. But in true PNW style, a little rain isn't going to keep us from our toys! Though admittedly the field sizes dropped 30-40% when the track was in full wet condition. It was pretty sweet watching the rooster tails off the formula & CanAm cars.
