Reading the post race report from the last year's Dave Berman Memorial @ Mosport, my vote is to run 5 lap races and send the winner to the back after each one. That'll mix it up while giving everyone a chance to run up front in clean air.

3 laps might be too short to get the tires up to temperature and the longer the races the more actual track time we'll get.

Probably have a short warmup after every odd numbered race, full 5 minute after every even numbered one to allow time to switch cars and get a familiarization lap or two.

I believe that we need a qualifying session for consistency and to allow for last minute arrivals but shorten it up to 10 minutes like Simca Cup. We'll return to 15 minutes during the championship season with ~22 minute races.
