Super fun race #1 with Jeff Prins Thanks Jeff! :D
I knew he was faster but I just kept my eyes out of the mirror and tried to keep'er steady..
Got shuffled to the back of the pack on the race two turn one melee but still had a blast even if my handling was wonky

Besides the low numbers in sportsmen it was a fun season guys and spectacular racing every event 8-)
Thanks Eric and Max for keeping me up on the wheel and Tom for all the hard work..I don't know how you do it brah
Congrats on the Championship in the pro division Brandon and also the setup help from time to time..Much appreciation!
May have to jump back in the Boss 302 next season or give the penske camaro a drive ;)
God bless my racing brothers

Final results are posted (sorry, no pics).

I made a mistake with the spreadsheet after Round 8 which had the round and total points without pole and fast lap points and I may have inaccurately accounted for worst points after Round 14 for a driver or two.

I fixed the formula for total points and recalculated the worst points round by round so the final tally should be correct.

Brandon dominantly secured the championship with a Perfect Weekend but considering the scoring mistakes, it wasn't nearly as close coming into the final round as I had reported and even if a Perfect Weekend by me would likely not have been enough.

Brandon becomes the first driver to achieve multiple Trans Am titles, first with the Ford Falcon, now with the AMC Javelin.

Congrats to Brandon and Bobby on both your sweep for the finale and to your championships as well. Looks like Bobby should be nominated to the pro class. You all to decide. I'd vote for it :D Also congrats to the rest of the podium as well.

Coming into this race, I knew it was going to be between Kevin and I and after it was over, I thought I still had 3rd in the championship. Apparently the corrections changed that. Nevertheless I was hoping he would of won himself the title but after last week's correction I'm sure that was a downer. I felt that too before brother so it was it is and remember - we do this for fun. We just need a way to take the knees out on our team evol comrades LOL. Brandon and Tom were superior, they beat us.

As far as the races, I don't remember much at this point. race 1 had maybe a chance once or twice to get by Hutty but if I did, it wouldn't of been clean. Especially being a teammate. Even on mute, I think I would of heard him LOL. So I did the best I could and held what I could. race 2 - well, got a great launch and was trying to avoid Tim. Didin't want to bump anyone but ended up getting turned around by Kevin. He was being pushed so it is what it is. Ended up last and worked my way back up and never was a threat to Kevin once I got up to him. I do remember both us going hot into the hairpin, going off track, me in the grass, him on the escape road. never did recover, just wish I would of calmed down a bit. Probably would of managed to come out in front but blew it. So thats how the season ended. Had fun and happy to complete another season. Now we're off to GTC's and after a few laps at Bruno, hmm... I'm suckin' So far tried nearly all the cars and my ole comfy shoe seems the best for me. I tried the Datsun and cannot wrap around my head how Tom drives it. Jesus, thats a scary bitch.

Good luck fellas, see you soon :D

Congrats to the winners and podium finishers, also congrats to Brandon and Bobby on your championships.

Just couldn't find the pace to drop into the 21's as I have done in the past. After qualifying I was 6th on the grid.

Race one, some shuffling about in the first few corners or so but settled in with 1st to 6th nose to tail. This lasted a few laps and then started to spread out. Drove my ass off to finish where I started in 6th and the top six qualifiers finished in their same positions they started.

Race two: As Pat said a lot went on in the first corner with me and him involved. Getting back going after all that I was in the back with him. I worked my way up to 4th but wasn't going to catch anyone ahead after that.

Like last weeks race one, I didn't need the problems that happened in the races causing me to not get points that I desperately needed. Probably still wouldn't have been able to touch Brandon, he was just fast all season long.

Thanks everyone for the racing this season and we'll see you all in the next one. :D
